Process description

1. Requesting the service
   Consultation may be received:
   • in person;
   • via telephone by calling +371 67331814*
   *The charge for a call depends on the chosen mobile services provider and tariff;
   • electronically by sending the question to: pasts@vvc.gov.lv;
   • via post.

2. Receipt of the service
   Replies to questions will be provided through the channel which the respective customer used for asking the question, or through another channel indicated by the relevant customer for the receipt of a reply.
